Our Mission

To worship God, to proclaim the Gospel of Christ, and to further God’s work through our service to God, the community, and the world.

Who We Are

The Church of the Epiphany-Tempe is a parish located in the Diocese of Arizona. We are in communion with The Episcopal Church. We welcome all visitors and invite you to make this your church family. Our parish is Eucharist-centered with an emphasis not only on Sunday services but on celebrations throughout the week.

Where We Are

The Church of the Epiphany-Tempe is located at 2222 South Price Road, Tempe, conveniently located just off the 101 freeway between Broadway and Southern. We serve not only the southeast valley communities of Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, and Tempe, as our parish members stretch to all corners of central Arizona.

Grammy Award

Congratulations to our very own choirmaster Ryan Garrison, who won ANOTHER Grammy Award, this time a 2016 award as a member of The Phoenix Chorale for “Best Choral Performance (Rachmaninoff: All-Night Vigil)”! We are so proud!

Middle East Crisis Outreach

Winter is coming, and thousands of Christians, descendants of those who knew Jesus when He was on Earth, now find themselves displaced in their own countries or refugees in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey. With Fr. Ron’s blessings and the expert guidance of Leonard Rodgers, you can assist these families ravaged by war. Please help by sending your tax deductible donation to: Church of the Epiphany, Middle East Crisis Outreach, 2222 South Price Road, Tempe, AZ 85282. [CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD PDF]

MLK Diversity Award

The Church of the Epiphany – Tempe was honored with a 2014 MLK Diversity Award, presented by the City of Tempe during the city’s MLK Diversity Awards Breakfast. Father Ron, pictured here with members of Epiphany and Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell, accepted the award on our parish’s behalf. For the 16th year, Tempe honored community members and groups who have demonstrated a commitment to diversity in Tempe.

The first weekend of each month following all services, there will be anointing and prayers for healing at the altar rail.
